Michelle's 7th month - part I

As I mentioned in my previous blog, Andy and I keep looking for toys which are convincing our dearest Michelle to achieve her next step. As for now, Michelle is getting better and better to crawl. :)

After learning for few months, we both agreed that most of the times, "traditional toys" are much better than "modern toys"; although it is not always that way. For example, teaching our kids to reading books are better than watching DVD. However, the electric toys that can automatically move are very convincing too, especially when you want to encourage your baby to move ahead.

6 months Michelle

Day by day, Michelle is growing bigger, stronger, cleverer and more and more adorable. My mom, bought her a navy dress with a small tie. Makes her looks like a balerina. :)

And it's my granny's 80th birthday. We celebrate it with a small cake. Michelle makes the simple party become so meaningful. :)

Andy and Donna learned to wear "selendang" to hold Michelle while sleeping. See, not only lady, a man can try to use it as well. :)

Here are some of the pics when she play in her playground. Specially designed by myself. hehehe.. Since I had worked in child care before, I tried to create an educative, challenging and fun play ground for Michelle. As a housewife and a mom, I am not always spend my time to watch TV and shopping. I used most of my time to closely learn every new things about my adorable Michelle. Everyday is different and that makes my life so fun and challenging. I learned on how Michelle is progressing daily, what will her next step be. Then, I will look for suitable toys or books to motivate her into her next step.

As for this time, the play mats and the knee protector are the must, while the beautiful blue cave is just a motivator for Michelle to crawl and to use her hands to catch the toys which are hanging on top of the cave. :)

5 months Michelle

It had been months since my last update to my blogger. Recently, I am quite busy helping Andy with his study plus view other chores as house wife. Other than that, I spent most of my time playing with our dearest Michelle. I like to accompany her in doing most of her daily activities, such as bathing, eating, playing, reading, etc. Below are adorable pictures taken in her 5th months.

At the starting of the 5th month, Michelle learned to hold her bottle. Interesting! :)

In her 5th months, Michelle was pretty good in rolling her body around. Also, she started to crawl. And she learned to wave... Thanks for my sis-in-law, Donna, to take the great pictures of Michelle. :)

In her 5th months, this little turtle was her favorite toy. Especially to accompany her when bathing. hehee..

And this is when my brother, my sis-in-law and my dearest nephew, Pavel, visit Jakarta. We took a shot at my parents' garden.
